Material is from Nakoda mill which is top mill in India that supplies uniform fabric. It has pleats at the front with 2 side pockets.
The elastic stretches upto 4 inches extra. So if the size is 40.36 then the pant can fit waist upto 36 inches+4 inches of stretch = 40 inches of waist comfortably.
